Undoubtedly manufactured by Pilkington Glass Manufacturers from St Helens in the UK but also have manufacturing plants in many other countries as well.
They were responsible for the invention of the 'Float glass process' and all float glass made today is made under license by them.
This process enabled glass to be made in a continuous 'ribbon' (or length) and in theory could be made as long as you want BUT is technically limited in it's length by the problems of handling it and transportation. In my days in the industry the largest 'pane' we could buy was 4mm thick & 6120mm x 3120mm. Oddly though the thicker the glass got the maximum size manufactured became slightly smaller, such as 10mm & 12mm thick glass was made 6000mm x 3120mm. Naturally the 4mm thick sheets of glass were cut into much smaller sizes. If you are wondering what or where are the largest window/s in the world, they are likely to be found at a horse racecourse where panoramic views without any obstructions are clearly important.
What is the world's largest pane of glass and what company manufactured it?
