You need to look around the ghetto neighborhoods, that is the only place you will find a landlord like that.

Me and my family really need to find an apartment or house (if possible) for rent. We need to find an apartment complex that doesn't care about past rental history. We have 8 72 hour notices and owe 4,000 dollars to our last apartments. we need atleast a three bedroom though. Please Any help is needed.
