They sell the red paint you need at most homebase or b+q stores. Its a special paint that will stay on in all weathers .

it's not a practical thing to do like a tattoo you can't change it later and it will need constant maintenance it's open to damage from the elements

Use a polish on it. "Cardinal" polish seems to have gone out of production.

On the front of my house the window ledge is shiny red brick.

What paint would i have to use to paint the red ? Just plain masonry ?, and PVA the tiles before i pain or will it have to be tile or what ?
