I have a memory foam mattress topper from Costco. It has 2 inches of memory foam plus 1 inch of quilted fabric plus a long elasticized "skirt" that goes down over the mattress and holds it all in place.. I found memory foam covered with just a couple of sheets was hot, sweaty and uncomfortable to sleep on.

So I'm trying to find a memory foam mattress topper to put on top of a Twin size bed, I was looking at the IKEA Sultan Fidjetun but I'm confused at whether it's an actual mattress or a mattress topper. So could someone tell me how that okra thing works?
