Either go over it or , rip it up and do it right. If you didn't finish working it, it properly didn't set right either and will be faulty, strength wise. I know how you feel. About 15 years ago I was doing my walk ways, got called away on a service call so I had to leave it as was(unfinished) While I was gone thunder storms came in. By the time I got back, it was not at all what I had planned nor envisioned.
Apply another thick layer with sand and cement using addeshive material as a plastering agent...
We attempted to lay concrete with 2 people and it ended up drying before properly finished...totally rough finish...not even completely level. What can I do that won't kill me cost wise?
