You're right. The layout gives you little flexibility. Assuming the windows face North, put the desk close to the windows on the east wall and the headboard next to it on the east wall. The bookcase goes on the west wall north of the bathroom door and the guitar stands beside the entrance door. I don't understand though why your bathroom door is about 3 or 4 times as wide as the main entrance door.

Here''s an outline of what my room looks like. It's shaped really awkward and the spaces are distributed in a way that makes it hard for me to organize my furniture. I have a queen size bed, a desk, a largeish bookcase and my guitar on it's guitar stand. How can I organize my room according to these spaces?
