Heat the wax in the container in boiling water when it liquifies pour it into the new container but only after you have anchored the wick/string with a washer or ??? in order to keep the wick centered in the new container and used a pencil or whatever across the top to hold the wick centered at the top of the jar.
Very easy to do.
How can I get the wax out of the original jar and into another one to keep burning it?
