why do you have a rhinestone license plate cover anyways? sounds super tacky
Angle grinder and blow torch
It could be done, but it would be better to just get another frame if you consider the time involved as long as you didn't spend over $20 for the frame.
So I bought a rhinestone license plate frame. I had the bright idea to spray a clear coat of spray paint over it to seal in the rhinestones, in hopes to make them last longer, you know kinda like a top coat for nail polish? Well that was a fail, because the spray paint dulled out the rhinestones very badly. Now I was wondering if there is any way for me to reverse the damage? Please help?!
