for the shelves look at Ikea i found some there, as for the room try fairy lights and maybe putting a collage on the wall
It's just a room, you don't need to do all that.
i dont know if you can see the picture well, but my room has a vintage kind of effect to it.

also, do you know where i can find those float shelves that are white but dont have a gloss finish?
