For over 30 years I painted my radiators with whatever colour emulsion paint I was painting the room with. I have never ever used expensive radiator paint. It stays on for years and years, both silk and matt.

Paint on top of it with whatever you want.

Hi,

I have accidentally painted a radiator with wood primer instead of radiator paint, what should I do?

The primer used is Dulux Trade Quick Dry Wood Primer Undercoat - should I try and wash it off (it's water soluable)? Or should I sand the radiator or something else entirely?
