Pastel not neon. Keep it light and bright. And certainly not pink or blue. The room will drown in these colors. Sorry it might sound boring to you, but cream silk emulsion would look really good with it and is also washable should you get any stains on it in the future.

One of the rules of home decor (and indeed clothing] is that you should stick to just three toning colours. Look at the colour pallettes inyour local DIY store, hope it helps

Im redecorating my room soon, the colour scheme of my furniture is pink, purple (not bright yet not pale) and wood. I want to paint the walls blue and pink, but should i choose neon colours or pastel colours? I have quite a big room btw with a single bed in the corner.Thanks for any help :) x
