Just make a rough drawing with pencil on wall and then color them with paints you chose. But i would advice you that instead of painting a wall, you may use a satin clothe and paint it. You may place it then on the wall and when ever you want to change the quote, you can easily.

Paint a background rectangle the raspberry color..then use stencil to make the letters in a light beige color. Hang a glass picture/poster frame around it when your done, and drape your lights around the frame.
