If I were you go with an off-white white (if that made sense), basically not pure white. Mint/baby blue would look really nice. Maybe instead of floral curtains that would match a duvet cover, you could do Pure white curtains, and then a floral duvet cover.

If you want the Curtains to stand out, I would make the feature wall the wall with the window, that way the whole room would be a white-ish kind of colour, and then that wall Baby blue/Mint/rose pink stand out with the white curtains.

Ooh this is fun! If you want white walls you will most likely want an accent color so doing the one accent wall would be great for a pop of color! Have you ever thought of painting your furniture?? I love this idea for a pop of color (I'm painting my walls a light grey)

I think it's so gorgeous and fun but I doubt your gonna paint it that color lol. Also the thing with floral is if you use too much of it, it'll make your room look cluttered and busy which you don't want especially if your room is on the small side. I would leave your curtains a solid color! Maybe you could use sheet curtains or ruffles to add a girly touch instead of floral. Also check out Pinterest, they are loaded with ideas, I could spend hours on there. Also look up tufted headboards if you have an open mind to random ideas!

I just turned 17 and so i want to redo my room to make it slightly more grown up but still cute

I'm getting a new bed

i was thinking or painting either all the walls white or 3 of them and then one a pastel/light colour nothing too overpowering maybe mint/baby blue or/ rose pink?

i was also thinking of a floral duvet cover and matching curtains, any sugesstions?

other things i could add?
