If you have any girly decor items that you can take out of your room go ahead and proceed with that. Get some picture frames and put up some photos or if you have a mirror stick them in the side. Any old skateboards? Kind of just lean them against the wall maybe try to get some dark colored pillows and a throw blanket get plants with dark potting. get a nice rug. maybe a small bookshelf that you can put your cd's on with a music player close to it. Maybe get a few vintage ites like a vinyl or a typewriter they will look really cool in the room. Can you put up a mirror? a rather large one create a distraction from the walls if their colorful maybe? If you have mutiple cameras get a shelf to display them or even one get something small and place it on there and around it put all your pictures. get a jar fill it up with your life goals its a nice decoration and you can decorate the jar however you want just write it down ball it up and put it inside.If you can order stuff online look at sites like etsy and amazon. Wall stickers dont damage walls and they have really nice ones i have one that looks like a window with an ocean in it. You can get them online or at target etc. Hope i helped a bit :)

My room is really girly... And I'm not. My room is bright and flowery and flowy, and I like metal music and photography and skateboarding. I'm not allowed to put up posters, paint, change my curtains, or bedspread. The only reason I can't put up posters is because of the tape in the wall and I can't just nail up posters individually. So far, the "theme" oft room is shades of blues and greens. I don't have a lot of money to spend. I wanted to hang up some CDs, any ideas for this?mostly diys please! Sorry it's long, thanks!
