My advice is to just leave it and clean what is painted already to make sure none of that is peeling off and tie a bumper padding around it. Hang enough crib toys around it that will help keep them from teething on the wood. That worked for me.

Has anyone ever used Rust-oleum spray paint for a baby crib? One woman used it but she didn't mention if she looked into it. I know children sometimes chew on the crib when they're teething so I wanted to be extra safe. Any advice ?
