Sheet Seperates and Fitted Sheets!?

"Separates" means that it is not a sheet set (flat sheet, fitted sheet and pillow cases). You must purchase a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and your pillow cases. If you have a deep mattress, you might have to purchase a size larger flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet for your bottom sheet.

make sure you buy overly large flat sheets for good tucks for example, if you have a queen, buy king flats sheets for the bottom.

if you have a king, buy superking flat sheets for the bottom. (look on ebay)

here is a good place to learn about this http://www.roughlinen.com/videos_menu.ht...

Hi,

I'm tired of the (very) cheap fitted sheets I have. They have very deep pockets, but are the only ones sold where I'm currently at. Through a little research (where I learned the bedding term pockets), I settled on getting flat sheets (learned the term for that too) as I could fix my bed with hospital corners nice and tight and be done with it all. However, now that I'm about to make my purchase I came across the term 'sheet seperates':

Does that mean I get one flat sheet (like I believe seperates implies)? If so, then I just order two, one for my cover?? Like would this sheet be the 'bottom' or the cover with the line going across?

Thank you in advance, I realize this sounds like an ignorant question, but honestly I have no idea, I've always bought fitted that came with a cover sheet.
