Don't leave pet food or garbage outside. Skunks are scavengers, but will move on if there's nothing good to eat.
Also, when you smell a skunk, it's almost never a good idea to go looking for it. You might find it, and then you'll really have skunk smell.
My friend lives outside Chicago -/ she's got SKUNK SMELL .. She can't find a skunk anywhere ., WHAT CAN SHE DO TO FIND THIS SKUNK- GET RID OF IT ??
