I have a dilemma with caulking. I was caulking our kitchen sink and I tried to smooth it with the device they sold at the store instead of my finger running on it. But it ended up smudging on the sides. I did try my finger but the same think happened.
I was using the caulk that was in a toothpaste like tube rather than the cylinder on where you need to use a caulk gun.
It's my first time doing it and it's a little bit frustrating.
