i believe youve created a wall hanging acrylic paint is the wrong formula to use and changing its characturistics is impossible

I used acrylic paint dissolved it with water to tie dye a shirt and it came out perfectly fine, what I'm afraid of is the color wearing off if I place it in the washer machine it if I wash it by hand, I left it under the sun for a while and the pink color faded a little. What can I do to make it not stiff after it dries?
