I believe they are moth fies (or drain flies or drain moths, etc. you get the idea). I had this problem too and used InVade BioDrain treatments. Seems to have worked.

Theres tons of these in our bathroom and we dont know what they are. Theyre by the bathroom sink and some in the tub. Some got into our room too. First someone said they were termites then my grandma said theyre fruit flies. I think they drain flies but im not sure. Theres a bunch of light brown spots and black spots on the ceiling too. Does anyone know any home remedies for this?? We tried calling to get someone to look but they needed to talk to the home owner and he wouldnt be happy about that, hes not a very jolly person and probably doesn't give a ****. Plus it costs a lot so we need a home remedy
