I agree, the water issue is much worse.

I would be more concerned about the water dripping from the ceiling, what the heck is up there, neighbor? you attic?.......you can paint the wall....
Okay, so I put a photo up
{small} and I put five pieces of double sided tape, I put it up a while ago. Today I noticed water dripping from my ceilings, since I didn't want my photo getting wet, I took it off. And you know what also came off? The paint. The tape took the paint from the wall!!
What do I do?
