It's an old White. made by Gritzner-Kayser for Sears, badged as Kenmore. Not much of a collector's market for those machines, Assuming it works or is very close to working (e.g., needs a basic cleaning and a new needle), probably $0-60 in my part of the world, PNW US, on private sale.
Parts are not available, and it's a fairly noisy machine in use.

If its a singer treadle sewing machine not worth much...maybe $50...
$50.00 to $75.00 dollars although they are old there are plenty of them still around.and I think you call the pedals a "tredal" style.
