Buy two cotton batik tapestries or bedspreads the same size and sew them together to make your own duvet cover. You can put a duvet over a comforter you already have. Just sew three sides together, leaving one side open. You can close the last side with buttons, snaps, or soft iron on velcro. I'm re-doing my room and I've been looking for a new comforter so I can go by that to decorate it, and since most comforters/sets are over $100 and I will be spending my own money I want to get one that I absolutely *love*, not just one that I *like*. I found one that I do love but it's over $100 and it's JUST a duvet cover, the shams are $40 sold separately and that's too much. I do not like pink (not a lot of it) or neon colors. I like dull boho stuff or light vintage looking stuff. Here is the duvet cover I love but too expensive;

I get that most of anything is going to be over $100 but I cannot pay that much for just a piece of cloth to slip over something. I really would like to find an actual comforter or comforter set. I've been looking for like a week now and I can't find anything. I've looked on wakeupfrankie, pbteen, urban outfitters, target, kohls, bedbath and beyond, and some more and I've found nothing (I'm really picky) so any help is really appreciated.
