I would highly recommend resolving the water and mold problem prior to doing any further work, this will eventually end up effecting the overall quality of you home and health.
I am saying my basement kind of wet, coz when I removed the carpet n going to replace a lamilate, I found that under carpet there is big stain seam got wet . and under carpet there a plywood . I could see the concrete under plywood was not dry enough, even with something white , I guess that was MOLD?
questions: 1. to fix the wet basement costs a lot,so i'm going put a certain height of something beween plywood n lamilate, can u suggest what materia i can buy from Homedeop or other store?
2.how to kill the mold between pkywood n concrete, better using smoke coz liquid (like bleach) is hard to get to higher area. thx
