These are a very common in warm, moist, damp areas. They are called 'Jitter Bugs'. You can go to any good retail store and by a 'Jitter Bug Repellent'. Hope this helps.

Watch out for those things. They will crawl on you when your sleeping, work their way up to your neck and suck the life right out of you.

In the south of England we know them as 'Frog Hoppers'.
