Hi all,
I am fairly new to the idea of beekeeping and I am hoping to start it next year, but I was wondering, if I order a nuc, what do I do with the hive the nucleus colony comes in? It seems like a waste to just chuck it but I can't think of anything to do with it ( Besides using it to make my own nucs which I am not interested and I don't know if re-using a hive is a good idea). Any help is appreciated.
