Go for a soft beige with a medium brown
The trim should be white
My room is square and kind of small. This is what it looks like.

So I was thinking about having the empty wall opposite from the door be black, and the rest of the walls would be a darkish red. The head of my bed would be in the corner of the black wall and the window wall. I know it would make the room dark, and I really want that. I'm also aware that they are hard colours to paint. Oh... Another thing. My walls have white trim like this.
