I feel like they were dodging the question and were not helpful. I'm quite frustrated.
I've had quite a few since last April-ish and it seems like the smell lasts for only about 3 hours. If I would have known that the smell would do this I would have used them sooner. Is there any way I can return or exchange them? I'm pretty frustrated.
