Bulldog could very well be correct. This is a beetle larva, and probably not a pest to worry about. They're predators that eat other bugs, and the ground is full of them doing good things.
It's the larva of a predaceous ground beetle, family Carabidae.
Adding: It has 6 legs toward the front of the body where the pinchers are, white on bottom and can run backwards as fast as it can run forward. I googled it and didn't come up with anything. Also googled Croatian lined centi-mite and found nothing.
I think it's the larva of some sort of ground beetle - has it got a wee fork at its rear end by any chance?
Looks to me like a Croatian lined centi-mite. Google it.
