Ordinary paint from B&Q. They are all safe these days.

HI guys, After searching the Web & reading conflicting info. what is the best paint to use to jazz up my sons toy box (untreated pine) I want bright green & bright blue but haven't got a clue what paint or primer would be the best. Any help welcomed please.
