Surely this is your own choice,not ours? I have a clock radio,a lamp & a photo on my nightstand top, & I keep medications,tissues,TV remote & a hairbrush in the drawers.

I got this night stand with one drawer since I moved into a room that's big enough to fit extra furniture. What should I put on top of it? And what should I put in the drawer?
