I don't know for sure, but looking on Google street view, the houses on your street look similar to where I used to live, so I'd say 1970's, but they could possibly be as late as 1980's or as early as 1960's.
Why not try find a street map of the area (maybe at the library) for say the 1960's. If it was just fields then, you'll have more of an idea.
