A herb farm in Queensland indicates they sell Pelargonium graveolens under the name 'Scented Geranium Rose'. The plant is a hybrid member of the Pelargonium genus.

There are some mail order nurseries which indicate they grow scented Pelargoniums.

I'm trying to find the plant to plant it actually in my backyard and I don't where to find it. I had the plant in Greece but here in Melbourne I can't find in plant shops etc. Can someone recommend something or should ask for it differently?
