I know a few local stores that make antique reproductions which is what that picture looks like. You can also go to antique malls buy something older and paint it white. You have many possibilites. I would also try ebay and Amazon.

Visit a few antique shops/used furniture barns. It's called a dressing vanity, or dressing table. Try Craig's list.
