Where should I live?

If you have the means to make a living there, try Ely Minnesota, gateway tot he boundary waters canoe area. If not Ely, there are other communities even smaller and more peripheral to the BWCA. In fact, screw the communities and build yourself a well insulated cabin. Read Open Horizons by Sigurd F Olson. he grew up in northern WI and was one of the men instrumental in having the BWCA set aside for future generations. It reads like an autobiography of his life and studies.

Living on the edge of a state forest or park such as Yosemite national Park can give you lots of options. But that will never be as close to wilderness as the BWCA. Also , the BWCA is connected to the Quetico Wilderness area in Ontario and from these lakes you can canoe all the way to Hudson bay or even west to Lake Athabaska as Olson talks about.

Forks, WA It's mystic.

nolin lake in s -central Kentucky or rough river lake you get two c o e lakes in grayson county Kentucky mostly rural farm country Leitchfield is the county seat a small but nice froiendly place salt of the earth people

Cumberland gap in Kentucky there's supposed to be a goat-man

Tree house

live close to your job. get a high paying job so you can buy your fantasy house wherever in the world you want.

I've been thinking about this for a while, & and i'm about to finish college. It has to be someplace in or near a forest, or near a clear large body of water.

(optional) It can be really rich in legends and myths. (I'm talking about mystical stuff and magic; yes I know I have the mind of a 10 year old, let me be XD)

I've personally been an adventurer my whole life, so I want my house to reflect upon that. It doesn't have to be a large bustling city, it can be a small town.

Thanks for reading my question! :)
