I have a friend who says one gets a better buy from a craft shop than a store like Dollar Tree or Dollar General. She says there are more blooms on a stalk from the craft stores.

Thrift shops, yard sales, estate sales, Craigslist, etc.

I want the plastic hanging plants to decorate my patio. But I don't want to spend too much money on it.I want something under 20 bucks.

Does anyone know good shop/ website where can I get the plastic plants.
