HOWEVER, any European-made pressure cooker or electric pressure cooker will give you much more satisfaction. They are quiet (no rattling) and they evaporate even less liquid.

Depends on the application that you're using it for.
I would choose a familiar brand name such as Presto, as far as pressure cookers go, I suggest you go with a contemporary model such as one that doesn't have the weight on top of it.
