Mosquitos hatch in standing water. Remove all of the sources of stagnant, standing water around your property before you do anything else. Get rid of any hanging egg clusters by dropping them into a container of kerosene mixed with water. After you get rid of the hatch, your best bet is a fog of insecticide, and repellants.
