White curtains or blinds would deflect the sun's rays. Get some and keep them closed during the sunniest, hottest part of the day. If your room is on the top floor of the house, that could also be causing it -- heat always rises to the top floor.

If possible, you could have an awning installed to shade your window, or create a similar effect yourself with bamboo blinds, etc.

My ceiling fan and a portable fan is on and also my AC. It's the hottest room in the house. I have a big glass sliding window and that's what I'm guessing is the source so how do I repel the heat from coming in
