nope.. besides do you really want to have to go through the master bedroom to do laundry all the time? you are taking away space if anything. And you need a window to be a bedroom if not it is just a room with a closet
I have a family room and a living room. There's no need for both since I also have a loft area in my home. On the top floor there are two small bedrooms and one full bathroom. In the basement where the family room is, there is a toilet and washer and dryer. I live in a condo, so I cannot add an egress window to make the basement an official bedroom, but I am wondering if it would add much value, if any to transform the basement into a master suite with laundry, full bathroom and walk in closet. I know this wouldnt be considered a 'bedroom', but i feel that adding the third space for a potential bedroom would be valuable - i just want a professional opinion on it.
