A C cup is actually quite large for a band size of 30. 30 is a little small, but you sound like you have a perfectly good body. :)
It's a pretty small size but hey that's fine! I measure as the sister size of 30C, which is 28D. Think of it this way: a 30C has the exact same volume as a 32B and 34A. Victoria's Secret actually have pretty inaccurate sizing methods, though. If you are that skinny, I would bet that you are around a 28D.
