I'm 5'7 and I wear size 10, sometimes size 11.

I'm 5'5 and I wear a 10 in women's, I think an 8 or 9 in men's, and a 7 in heels. If I go any higher than a 7 for heels, the heel of my foot always slips out of the back when I walk. ^__^
