Yes. I wear boat shoes myself, but I mostly wear Sperry Topsiders.
They have the boat-shoe style, but I'm not sure if they're more fashion or function. If they don't have good traction, you might slip and fall and you don't want that. You also wants something with a cushiony support, not a flat insole. I would check the quality of the sole (you want the rubber to be more sturdy, not thin and extremely flexible like an eraser). Because I'm not a risk-taker when it comes to function shoes, I suggest you hit up a DSW or other shoe warehouse store for Sperrys (I think they might have outlet stores too, but I'm not sure). All of the pairs I've bought were about $30- but you've got to look hard. If anything, compare the feel of different brands of boat shoes to see which you like best. I can't really judge by the pictures, but I think the shoes in the link are more of a refashioned sneaker, not shoes for boating.
