Ask her to online shop with the money and make sure she's not looking at what you're purchasing and buy her a gift or your brother a gift online instead :) or ask to go clothes shopping early and buy them gifts instead! and as always you could just straight up tell her that you don't want to spend it on clothes but on gifts. that's awfully nice of you to do something like that! :) :)
