Asos.com has a range of different brands (affordable, high-end and designer) and regularly has 10/20% off the whole site or selected brands! Also has free international delivery :) Ebay is also good if you find the right sellers! A lot of small boutiques with gorgeous cheap but good quality clothing on there! You can also purchase just about anything very very cheap from china on there, slow delivery but good price

I don't recommend EBay , so many cheap quality clothes from china. Depending your your style you might like (they sell edgy unique style clothes. most items under $100) Http:asos.com ( much larger with different price range )
