I just bought a new bikini and it's hard for me to find one because the tops are always big, but I bought this one w out trying in on because it was a SMALL I have a small chest. It's stiff because it's padded I think. But is there anyway I can make it fit. I already have all the straps tightened. Small was the smallest size they had. I got the bathing suit at debs. You might be able to pay to get it fitted and taken in somewhere.But depending how much it cost it's probably not worth it. Is it too late to return it???
