I'm afraid the bleach has changed the chemical composition of the denim so they will never be the same. You cannot dye the jeans because the color won't "take" on the dye spots. That much bleach may weaken the fibers and may not do what you want it to do. I'd try to find a Sharpie or other permanent marker in the right tint and "color" the spots.
You could dye the jeans again. You will have to bleach the entire pair and then soak them in dye any color you want. So get a large bucket then go to store and get dat clothes dye down the bleach and soap isle at da store.
