Look for a similar solitaire ring with a thicker shaft (the band and sides leading up to the stone) of the ring as the delicate band on the one you linked is what makes it a "girls" ring. Mens rings are usually bulkier on the sides. Though honestly, if you love it, wear it. Jewelry should always express your style and what you love, not what someone else says you should wear.

If i saw a man wearing that I'd think he was just about to propose to his girlfriend and was wearing it so he didnt lose it. Stunning ring for a women though :)
