the Worthington im pretty sure means Worthington Silver which is just the type of medal its made of. but according to the symbols on it (pentacles) it looks like it might have been used for pagan rituals maybe? id say, if youre not pagan, and you believe in God, get it cleansed! you never know what kind of energy youre bringing into your house when you buy stuff from thrift shops!
