Rue21 is GREAT. Not necessarily the cheapest by any means, but they are fairly well priced. They also have very cute clothes that I think you would very well like. I also enjoyHot Topic and a few things at Spencers, although they can get a bit pricey. I would try to get more into detail with you, but I am more of a typical white girl style if you know what I mean, lol... You know, the Uggs and Starbucks, that whole thing :) Also, let me let you in on a little secret--Target actually has some really cool graphic tees, believe it or not! I like to clothes shop at Target often because they have very affordable clothing that I actually like.
